Lilys’ exquisite a la carte menu has been designed by our Renowned and Award-Winning Head Chef Antonio Rotondo and his talented team, all from Candelori’s. Antonio has been at the helm of Candelori’s for the last 5 years where he was awarded 3 Hats by the International and Highly Commended Gault & Millau.
The full à la carte menu includes the freshest produce available. The care, time and skill to compose a great lunch and dinner menu are all on show. Each dish features seasonal ingredients, all precisely cooked and then brought together on the plate to create balanced, delicate choices with a truly elegant touch.
